I monitored trends/social listening, contributed stories to Billboard.com, analyzed data, produced reports, covered live events (from daily artist visits to the Grammy Awards), and collaborated across departments (editorial, charts, marketing, and creative).
Billboard was ranked “No. 1 U.S. Brand” and “No. 1 U.S. Publisher” on Twitter (2015).
